Survey: Are Dogs or People Better Walking Partners?
Walking is a great, low-impact exercise. It’s an easy way to get fit because you don’t need any special equipment (except a good pair of shoes) or a membership to the gym—just step out your front door and you’re on your way.

Well, according to new research, one is actually better than the other at keeping you in a healthy walking habit. Can you guess which one? Cast your vote, then get the answer after the jump.
