Spa Retreat for Pregnant Women at Montage Laguna Beach, Ca
Montage Laguna Beach has designed a prenatal spa retreat that allows expectant mothers to relax and recharge. The retreat will be directed by Dana Sara of White Lotus Yoga at Cho’s Academy and will include pre-natal workshops in stretching, meditation, yoga, belly dancing, and diet recommendations.

Details: three nights oceanfront accommodations with nightly turn-down amenities, three two-hour prenatal workshops, two 60-minute Surrender spa treatments, two Thalassic beach walks, three meditation sessions, unlimited access to spa and fitness facilities, nine well-balanced meals plus organic spa snack breaks, and airport transfers or complimentary valet parking.
