Moon Therapy: October 5 – 11

Many of us read our horoscopes to find out what is going on with our Sun signs, but the activity of the Moon, and her influence on the 12 zodiac signs, is equally important.
Sister Moon rules emotions, dreams, and intuition; her lunar vibrations directly affect all of us when it comes to energizing and healing our emotions. I invite you to use Moon therapy as a tool to illuminate your body, mind and spirit. Here are this week’s highlights:
Monday 10/5: Moon in earthy Taurus. Take advantage of this vibration to stabilize and harmonize your energies. Tending to your garden/plants, having afternoon tea time with friends, or simply tuning into your inner guru are all Taurus activities. No need to make decisions or plans during this moon because the answers you are seeking will find you.
Wednesday 10/7: Moon in Gemini. Now that our energies are grounded thanks to the Taurus moon, we can begin to make use of Gemini’s transformational moon to communicate and share our ideas through conversation, twittering/facebooking, or old-fashioned letter writing. This is an excellent energy to use to initiate contact with people/organizations that in the past seemed unapproachable. Time to manifest some magic!
Saturday 10/10: Cancer’s watery moon slips in this weekend and invites us to seek solitude, stillness, and serenity. Avoid stressful environments and people by sticking close to home and enjoying some “me time.” Be mindful of cranky, moody behavior in yourself as well as in others.
