Drink More Tea—It’s Good for the Heart

How many cups of tea do you drink a day?
I drink between two and four—usually two or three at my desk in the morning and one mug at home in the evening. I don’t know if I could drink eight, but according to Dr. Carrie Ruxton, a dietician who has been researching the effects of caffeine on health, 400mg of caffeine a day (the equivalent of 8 cups of tea) could be very good for our brains and our hearts. And all those antioxidants don’t hurt either.
