Celebrate National Women’s Health & Fitness Week!
The eighth annual National Women’s Health & Fitness Week starts next week, and will include a National Women’s Health & Fitness Day (Wednesday, September 30th), during which 40,000 to 50,000 women across the country are expected to particpate in local health and fitness events.
The goal is to encourage women to take charge of their health and to get out and try a new activity.
